Sometimes business owners will feel overwhelmed or unfulfilled in their business. They quantify it by saying things like I'm not making enough money or I'm always rushing and never getting anything done.
But unfortunately, those are generalized statements. You have to sit down and really analyze what is not working the way you want it.
For example, if you are feeling overwhelmed you might discover with some sit down time that you are giving too much time to charitable or philanthropic events. You might find that you have taken on duties that you should not have. You may find that you're getting distracted on unimportant time-wasting activities. Or conversely it may not be time that's making you feel overwhelmed. You may have started using some new software or taken on some new projects that are mentally taxing, and you are feeling at the edge of your competency. That is really causing the stress you feel.
By accurately defining the real problem, you can start working on solutions that will actually fix the problem and not just the symptoms.
